PAST CONCERTS.
Since 1987 we have sung a huge range of work from the major Requiems and Masses, often in collaboration with other choirs, to shorter pieces, including some composed by friends of the choir or by local, contemporary, composers. Our repertoire has included folksongs, carols, spirituals, madrigals, and arrangements of 1920s and 1930s classics and of Beatles' songs.
We have hosted Musical Workshops based on Haydn's "Creation", Handel's "Messiah", Bizet's "Carmen" and Faure's "Requiem". Four years ago we entertained a choir from Rennes, Ensemble Vocale Resonance, and sang two concerts jointly with them. We are hoping to return the visit in the near future.
